Foils drugs smuggling

Saudi Border Guards have foiled attempts to smuggle 340 kg of hashish into the Kingdom, Border Guards spokesman Sahir bin Mohammed Al Harbi said on Saturday.

Also, an attempt to smuggle 953,758 narcotic pills via Haditha crossing was foiled, Director General of Haditha Customs Ibrahim Anzi said.

All legal procedures were taken and the arrestees, including Yemenis, were referred to competent authorities.
