Egypt's efforts in hosting Arab Summit

The Saudi Cabinet on Monday praised the Sharm El Sheikh Declaration and resolutions issued by the 26th Arab Summit, welcoming all measures taken by the Saudi-led coalition to support legitimacy in Yemen which has been snatched by the Houthis militants.
The Saudi cabinet, at a session held on Monday under the presidency of Saudi King Salman bin Abdel Aziz Al Saud, appreciated the efforts exerted by Egypt under President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to render the summit successful.
The Saudi king reiterated that the Kingdom will open its doors for all Yemeni political powers willing to maintain the security and stability of the country under the umbrella of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and within the framework of adherence to legitimacy and in rejection of the Houthi coup.
In this regard, Saudi Minister of Culture and Media Adel bin Zayed al Tarifi said the Saudi monarch voiced thanks for the countries that took part in the Saudi-led alliance and their participation in Operation Decisive Storm in a bid to help maintain peace and security in Yemen. The Saudi monarch also extended thanks to world countries which backed the move.
Meanwhile, the Saudi cabinet condemned the recurrent Israeli aggression on the Palestinian people, calling on the international community to pressure Israel to abide by the international legitimacy resolutions to establish an independent Palestinian state on the 1967s borders.
