A Saudi delegation visiting Iraq has met with Deputy Foreign Minister for Bilateral Relations Nazar Khairalla to discuss reopening the Saudi embassy in Baghdad.
The Saudi delegation is chaired by Deputy Chairman of Media Department Abdel Rahman al Shahry.
The Saudi embassy was closed in 1990 after the Iraqi occupation of Kuwait.
A Saudi consulate in Irbil will also open.
