Saudi Deputy Crown Prince and Defense Minister Mohamed Salman ben Abdel Aziz had a telephone call with Egyptian Minister of Defense Sedki Sobhi.

According to the Saudi Press Agency, the Saudi official offered condolences over the death of Egyptian soldiers on Wednesday terrorist attacks in North Sinai.

About 17 soldiers and more than 100 militants were killed in Sinai confrontations between the army and the terrorists.
