Saudi Ambassador to Sudan Faysal bin Hamed has hailed as "distinguished" relations between the two Arab countries.

He said efforts should be exerted to further boost cooperation between Riyadh and Khartoum.

The Saudi diplomat was speaking in statements following the issuance of Hajj visas to Sudanese pilgrims.

Sudanese Awqaf Minister al Fateh Taj al Ser said ties with Saudi Arabia are strong.
