Owaidah bin Ayedh bin Owaidah Al-Hantoushi Al-Otaibi, Saudi national, was killed here today for having killed his country mate Majed bin Nasser bin Musawel Al-Otaibi long time ago, but the verdict was withheld awaiting the junior heirs of the victim to reach legal age to choose between killing or pardoning him.
Having been given the okay for revenge by the legal heirs of the culprit, an appeal court today executed the rule.
