Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdel Aziz has decorated President Abdel Fattah El Sisi with King Abdulaziz Necklace, the highest and most prestigious medal in Saudi Arabia, Saudi News Agency reported.
King Abdullah also held talks with Sisi on the latest developments in the Palestinian territories and efforts exerted to stop Israeli escalation on the Gaza Strip.
Both leaders tackled the prospects of cooperation and ways of enhancing bilateral ties to serve the best interests of the two countries in all fields.
A raft of Saudi officials and the Egyptian delegation attended the meeting.
