Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud has sent a message to Algerian President Abdulaziz Bouteflika, the Saudi Press Agency reported Monday.

The message dealt with bilateral relations and issues of common interest.

The message was delivered by Saudi ambassador to Algeria Mahmoud bin Hussain Qattan during his meeting with Algerian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ramtane Lamamra.

During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations and discussed issues of common interest.
