Saudi Labor Minister Mufrej Al Haqbani asserted that the Egyptian workforce is warmly welcomed and supported by King Salman bin Abdel Aziz.
The minister's remarks were made following a meeting with his Egyptian counterpart Gamal Sorour on the fringe of the Arab Labor Organization's board held in Sharm El Sheikh to discuss the conditions of Egyptian workers in Saudi Arabia in general, especially the workers who did not receive their payments in the construction sector of Ben Laden foundation that has been carrying out development works of Mecca's mosque holy complex and was relieved of their duties.
The Saudi minister said his ministry was exerting all-out efforts to remove any problems facing the Egyptian workforce as part of the good relations and continued coordination with the Egyptian Manpower Ministry.
The Saudi minister also said that any worker who is relieved of his duties in Ben Laden foundation can be moved to another work owner upon his wish, asserting that all rights in Ben Laden are guaranteed.
Sorour also ordered his workers' adviser to follow up the conditions of the Egyptian workers in Jeddah and make sure that the Egyptian workers in Ben Laden group have received all their financial dues.
