The Saudi-led coalition bombed posts manned by Huthi militias and forces loyal to ousted president Ali Abdullah Saleh on Tuesday for the first time since a five-day humanitarian truce expired.

The warplanes also hit the presidential residence in the south of capital Sanaa.

A truce started last Tuesday night halted the air strikes and allowed humanitarian aid into the blockaded country.
