Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdulla bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud today sent a cable of congratulations to Iraqi Prime Minister-Designate Haider Abadi who has been assigned to head the new Iraqi government.
In the cable, the Saudi monarch wished the designated Premier success to restore the cohesion of the Iraqi people, preserve his country's territorial integrity and achieve its security and stability. The Saudi leader sent two cables of congratulations to new Iraqi President Mohammed Fouad Maasoum and Parliament Speaker Dr. Salim Al-Jabouri.
