Prosecutor General Hisham Barakat tasked on Tuesday security bodies to conduct investigations into the bombings that occurred in the 6th of October City to track down the perpetrators.

The filed inspection made by a team of explosives experts from the Crime Scene Investigation Department showed that the two power pylons feeding areas of Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October and the Media Production City have been significantly damaged after planting six improvised bombs near them.

The explosions led to a power cut in the city for hours.
