Police forces in Suez were deployed in the surroundings of security facilities and squares.
The security forces are policing Ahmed Hamdy Tunnel that links Suez with Sinai, a security source said.
The security combing campaigns succeeded in arresting criminal elements and seizing quantities of weapons, the security source added.
