Cairo - MENA
Chairman of the central administration of the secretariat of the Egyptian Petroleum Research Institute (EPRI) Osama Abdel Halim on Friday said security measures were beefed up at the institute in the framework of a plan to cope with extreme emergencies related to anti-fire and accidents.
The Institute on Thursday conducted a test to experience evacuation and emergency in bad conditions, Abdel Halim said.
The experiment was conducted in extremely difficult weather conditions, he added.
Security personnel were increased at main and sub gates, along with mobile patrols inside the institute.
