Security measures were intensified across Suez especially at Ahmed Hamdi Tunnel and the southern entrance of the Suez Canal.

Police forces spread at the entrances and exits of the governorate via checkpoints and patrols, Suez Security Director Tareq el Gazzar said in statements on Friday.
