An Interior Ministry security source denied reports on the sacking of Cairo Security Director Ossama Bedeir.

Such reports are absolutely groundless, the security source told MENA on Monday.

Several news websites posted reports on the sacking of the Cairo security director in the wake of the attack on the motorcade of the Prosecutor General in Heliopolis on Monday.
