Security has been beefed up at all main streets and squares in Daqahliyah governorate to encounter any acts of violence and sabotage that could take place by the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood group's calls for protests on Friday.

Daqahliyah Security Chief Essam Hamza said the police and Armed Forces are securing all vital facilities in the governorate.

He added that sappers have combed all squares and vital facilities.
