Security measures have been upped around the Egyptian Radio and TV Union (ERTU) as part of a plan to secure celebrations marking the fifth anniversary of the January 25 Revolution.

Two central security vehicles could be seen just outside the ERTU building, aka Maspero, MENA correspondent said Monday.

Barriers have also been set outside Maspero in the directions leading to Tahir Square and Boulaq, he added.
