Bahrain is ushering in a new chapter of its democratic march launched by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa stressed. He hailed the unflinching support of His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier.
He said democracy in Bahrain is progressing with constant steps earning it international praise. He added while taking part in the parliamentary and municipal elections abroad that voting is a clear expression of democratic practice and Bahrainis' commitment to it as a right and duty.
He affirmed that elections represent a renewed opportunity for every citizen to be an essential partner in political life, promoting democracy and nation building.
