Egypt's Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukri and his Saudi counterpart Adel al Jubeir on Tuesday discussed bilateral relations along with regional and international issues of common concern.

The two ministers met on the sidelines of a ministerial meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Jeddah.

The meeting also dealt with topics on the OIC meeting agenda.

Shoukri is currently visiting Saudi Arabia to take part in an emergency meeting of the OIC foreign ministers to discuss the situation in Yemen and ways to restore security and stability there.
