Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry and Arab League Secretary General Nabil el Araby left Cairo heading for Kuwait.

Both officials will attend the 42nd round of the meeting of foreign ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) due for two days in Kuwait, a source at the airport said.
