President Abdel Fattah El Sisi stressed the need of drawing up mechanisms to choose distinguished youths and qualify them for work. 

During the session of the Egyptian government simulation program, President Sisi saluted youths who took part in the simulation program. 

He also hailed the idea of holding political models and simulation activities in order to prepare youths for leadership. 

He further said that introducing the idea of simulating the Egyptian state is considered a progress which reflects the entrenched values of participation and interaction and absence of monopolizing power.

President Sisi added that he is looking forward to continuing efforts to prepare youths and Egyptian cadres along with following up recommendations of the First National Youth Conference.
