President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Saturday was handed over the presidency of the 26th Arab Summit from Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jabir Al Sabah, head of the 25th Arab Summit.
Emir of Kuwait delivered a speech at the start of the summit in which he reviewed his country's efforts during its presidency of the former summit.
