Cairo - MENA
President Abdel Fattah al Sisi visited early on Friday the Egyptian Military Academy as he inspected the training process there.
He was accompanied by Defense Minister Sedqi Sobhi and Chief of Staff Mahmoud Hegazi.
President Sisi praised the level of combat efficiency of the academy students.
In a speech to students, Sis stressed that terrorism has no religion, vowing to firmly face terrorist acts.
He also extended condolences to families of students, who were killed earlier in a terror attack outside the Egyptian Military Academy in Kafr el Sheikh.
Sisi noted that such heinous acts will not affect the determination of the Egyptian police and army to uproot terrorism.
Speaking about Yemen, Sisi underlined that Egypt is contributing to Operation Decisive Storm with air and naval forces.
A political solution is the best way to solve the Yemeni crisis, he concluded.
