President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued on Thursday a decree approving a 550 million dollar loan agreement with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

The loan will fund sewage projects in rural areas across Egypt.

The decree was published in the official newspaper out Thursday.

The president also issued a decree on bestowing the Order of Al-Kamal - II on a number of women.

The president also allocated lands for potable water purification projects as well as establishing youth centers and health units in the governorates of Fayyoum, Monofiya, New Valley and Beni Suef.
