President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has launched a presidential program to qualify youths for leadership.

The program aims to prepare youths to leadership posts according to modern management techniques.

This came during Sisi's speech before the Youth Week at Suez Canal HQs.

Sisi said the program aims to qualify 2,500 youths annually in the first stage.
