President Abdel Fattah El Sisi left Cairo International Airport on Saturday for Saudi Arabia to offer condolences on the demise of Saudi King Abdallah ben Abdel Aziz.
President Sisi left Davos Forum to take part in the funeral of the Saudi monarch, but bad weather conditions banned his participation. He then returned home late Friday in order to get ready for travelling to Arabia to offer condolences to the royal family members.
Egypt's Ambassador in Riyadh Afifi Abdel Wahab said earlier in the day that President Sisi will meet with Saudi King Salman ben Abdel Azizi on Saturday evening to offer him condolences on the monarch's death.(
