President Abdel Fattah El Sisi will meet later on Wednesday with Abdulaziz Saoud, the Head of the Foundation of Abdulaziz Saud Al-Babtain Prize, along with other Kuwaiti figures, said Presidential Spokesman Alaa Youssef.
