President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Sunday received Libyan House of Representatives Speaker Aqila Saleh Issa to discuss ways to promote security and stability in Libya.
Sisi stressed that Egypt supports the legitimate institutions in Libya, is keen on the unity of its territory and respects the desire of the Libyan people to determine their own destiny, presidential spokesman Alaa Youssef said.
The Libyan official praised Egypt's support for his country's legitimate institutions in various fields.
