President Abdel Fattah El Sisi receives Tuesday Ministers Ashraf el Arabi of planning and Ahmed el Zend of Justice.

Sisi is also scheduled to receive Minister of State for Population Hala Youssef, Presidential Spokesman Alaa Youssef said.
