Egypt's President Abdel Fattah El Sisi underlined the need of establishing an integrated society in newly-reclaimed lands.
Sisi made his remark during a meeting held Wednesday in the presence of Water Resources and Irrigation Minister Hossam el Dein Moghazi and Agriculture and Land Reclamation Minister Adel el Beltagy.
The meeting tackled the project of reclaiming the one million-feddan, which is the first phase of the national project to reclaim four million feddans, said Presidential Spokesman Alaa Youssef.
It also discussed ways of distributing lands and the various alternatives to the reclamation process, added the spokesman.
