Abdel Fatah El Sisi stressed that he does not interfere in the parliamentary affairs, but he had some reservations concerning the Civil Service law that was turned down by the parliament.
Delivering a speech on the Police Day on Saturday, Sisi said "I do not interfere in the parliament's affairs, but when a law on reform – for which Egyptians called - is tendered to the parliament, it has to consider it carefully."
He underlined that this is not a criticism of the parliament.
He expounded that there are 7 million employees and the state needs only 1 million. This does not mean that the state does not care about the families of the remaining 6 million employees, but the whole world is suffering from hard economic conditions.
He urged Egyptians to sacrifice for Egypt.
