Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi greeted on Wednesday the Egyptian community in Britain over the advent of Eidual Adha, wishing them all a happy Eid.

In a cable to head of the Egyptian community society Galal Ismail, the President extended his heartfelt greetings to all Egyptians in Britain, wishing them success and happiness.

Sisi also wished more progress and prosperity to Egypt.

The cable was handed over to Galal by Egyptian Ambassador in Naser Kamel.

The ambassador and General Consul Alaa el Din Youssef greeted all embassy staffers on Eidual Adha.

Eidul Adha is celebrated by Muslims across the world to honour Abraham's (Ibrahim) willingness to sacrifice his only son Ishmael on God's command.
