The Ministry of Social Development (MoSD)-affiliated Sitra Community Development Centre recently hosted a lecture titled "domestic startups".
The lecture was attended by women who graduated from the training courses and by local community ladies. The programme "domestic startups" is one of the ministry's key initiatives aimed to achieve regulatory controls for domestic productive activities, establishing the productive home, which yielded in a new concept of home business suitable for various age groups and denominations.
The programme is considered the first step taken by the proponent of an excellent idea for free of charge registration of the project's idea.
