Egyptian Minister of Youth and Sports Khaled Abdel Aziz asserted that a small percentage of Arab youth are polarized by extremist groups.

There should be caution to protect youth from adopting extremist ideas, he told MENA before leaving Kuwait early Sunday.

Abdel Aziz attended the 59th round of the executive office of the Arab youth and sports ministers' council.

Initiatives and projects should be launched to protect youth from being attracted to these groups, he added.
