Tunisian President Beji Caid Essebsi has underlined that social demands of his people are legitimate but not timely.

Those demands are emerging in such a critical time of Tunisia's history, Essebsi said.

The president was delivering a speech at a forum on prospective and strategic planning in Tunisia.

He underscored the importance of creating a new climate to be able to develop the economy.

Essebsi reiterated that all parties should participate in strategic studies, believing this is part of good governance.
