Palestinian Ambassador here Barakat al Farra announced the ratification of the "Egyptian-Palestinian Friendship Association" by the Egyptian Social Solidarity Ministry.

Farra, who is chairman of the association's board of trustees, said the entity aims to promote Egyptian and Palestinian friendship ties in the cultural, educational, scientific, economic, social, health and environmental fields.

It will be carrying out a project for this purpose, he said.
