A source at the Tunisian government denied on Saturday news reports claiming that Prime Minister Mehdi Jomaa will not be assigned with the upcoming cabinet for his stance when he intended to run for the presidential elections, TAP reported.
Jomaa has previously explained that he is assigned for one term and that he is not intending to be assigned for another term because he believe that the democratic process requires the devolution of power, the source underlined, adding that Jomaa is ready to hand over power as soon as the new cabinet is formed.
