Southern Governor, Shaikh Abdullah bin Rashid Al Khalifa, on behalf of Southern Governorate's people and employees, extended deepest congratulations to Bahrain's leadership and people on Bahrain's celebrations of its National Days on December 16 and 17, marking the anniversary of the establishment of the modern state of Bahrain as an Arab and Muslim country in 1783 by its founder Ahmed Al-Fateh, the 43rd Anniversary of its accession to the UN as a full member and the 15th Anniversary of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa's Accession to the Throne.
Southern Governor said that celebrating Bahrain's National Day interprets our resolve to renew allegiance and loyalty to the homeland and its wise leadership, and to exert further efforts to provide better services to the citizens.
This came during the celebration held by Mother and Child Welfare Society (MCWS) in the presence of MCWS Chairperson, Shaikha Hid bint Salman Al Khalifa, and Southern Governorate Police Director-General, Brig. Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa.
