The 22nd special meeting of the Arab Civil Aviation Commission at the level of ministers kicked off here on Thursday.

The meeting, led by Palestinian Transportation Minister Samih Tabila, will discuss an item concerning the amendment of Arab Civil Aviation Commission Convention to get on with regulations and resolutions of the Economic and Social Council of the Arab League in prelude to be approved by the council in its upcoming round next February.

The meeting is also planned to tackle a number of issues concerning air transportation in Arab region.
