Presidential spokesman Alaa Yousef said President Abdel Fattah El Sisi's remarks about the readiness of Egypt and Arab nations to contribute to creating suitable situations for a future Palestinian state came in light of floating "encouraging ideas" that could push Israel towards a two-state solution.
Yousef was referring to Sisi's interview with Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera.
