The State Information Service condemned the terror blasts that hit Cairo University on Wednesday. SIS chief Salah Abdel-Sadeq extended his condolences to the victims' families. Terrorism will not hinder Egypt's march to fulfilling the transitional roadmap and building a modern democratic state, Abdel-Sadeq said. Three explosions rocked the vicinity of Cairo University on Wednesday, leaving a police officer killed and five others injured. The bombings were the latest in a campaign of attacks targeting Egypt's police and military that began with the ouster of president Mohamed Morsi.
