The President of the Republic Omer Al- Bashir on Thursday issued a republican decree for the formation of a higher committee to overlook preparations to mark the country's 59th national day.
The committee is headed by the Vice President, Hassabo Mohamed Abdul-Rahman and the membership of a number of ministers, national figures and representitives of various political parties.
