Sudanese Defense Minister Abdelrahim Mohamed Hussein on Sunday received Chief of Staff (CoS) of the Qatari Armed Forces Ghanim bin Shaheen al-Ghanim.
The meeting dealt with joint cooperation between the Sudanese and Qatari forces and ways of strengthening such links.
The Qatari CoS said his visit to Khartoum came at an invitation of the Chief of Staff of the Sudanese joint forces.
The visit is a natural extension of the long and continuous cooperation between the two countries, he added.
