Aplanned visit to Kober Prison by the delegation of the Nmechanism of National Dialogue to inspect the convicts of the armed movement has been postponed .
A member of the delegation attributed the postponement of the visit, which was scheduled for, today, Thursday, to the incompleteness of the arrangement for the visit which aims at supporting the atomsphere accompanying the launching of the comprehensive National Dialogue .
The delegations includes eight members representing government and opposition parties .
