Egypt's President Abdel Fattah El Sisi invited his Sudanese counterpart Omar Bashir to attend the upcoming Arab Summit, to be held in Sharm el Sheikh City on March 28 and 29.
The invitation was handed over by Egypt's Ambassador in Khartoum Osama Shaltout to State Minister of Foreign Affairs of Sudan Kamal Ismail.
Egypt's Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry is set to pay a four-day visit to Khartoum on March 2 to attend a meeting on the Ethiopian dam, Shaltout told MENA.
Also, Egypt's Agriculture Minister Adel el Beltagi will start a three-day visit to Sudan on March 17 to further promote cooperation between the two countries, he added.
