Sudanese Presidential Assistant Ibrahim Ghandour met here Wednesday with the visiting representative of the African Union high-level mechanism Abdoun Mohammed.
African Union (AU) representative in Khartoum, Ambassador Mahmoud Kan, confirmed that Abdoun will conduct extensive consultations with the Sudanese government on issues of national dialogue, negotiations on Blue Nile and South Kordofan regions and the African role in the Sudan during the next phase.
