Sudanese President Omar al Bashir's recent visit to Saudi Arabia was a chance for discussing regional developments and affirming Sudan's support for the kingdom's efforts to restore legitimacy in Yemen, Sudanese Foreign Minister Ali Karti said.

During the visit, Bashir tackled with King Salman bin Abdelaziz issues related to the security of Saudi Arabia and other regional issues, Karti said in press statements Saturday after his return from Saudi Arabia accompanying the president.
