Sudan's Consul General in Aswan Ahlam Abdel Galil attended on Friday celebrations held to mark her country's national independence day.

The celebrations, organized by Sudan's General Consulate, were held at Aswan Culture Center.

The consul said that her country has aspirations on its future in light of the outcome of national dialogue called for by President Omar al-Bashir since October.
