Sudanese Foreign Minister Ibrahim Ghandour praised Saturday the Qatari leadership for its role in establishing peace and stability in Darfur region.

Speaking to Sudanese radio today, the Foreign Minister said that the State of Qatar was one of the most active countries in terms of establishing peace in Darfur. The Foreign Minister expressed the Sudanese leadership's appreciation to its Qatari counterpart, due to Qatar's commitment to the peace and stability of Darfur.
